Where It Starts
Every board starts as hand-selected cherry, chosen for its warm reddish-brown tone that deepens into a rich patina the more it's used and exposed to light. Each piece is carefully crafted and finished entirely by hand. Built to be passed down, not replaced.

- Small — 9.5" x 14" x 1.5", approx. 4 lbs
- Large — 15.5" x 20" x 1.5", approx. 10.5 lbs
- Edge-grain construction
- Finished with Walrus Oil's Cutting Board Oil and Wood Wax (food-safe)
- Metal feet lift the board to a 2" total height, so it dries fully after washing and won't slide while you work
How You'll Use It
Our small board is equally at home as your everyday cutting board — fruits, vegetables, meat, bread, cheese, pastries — and as a charcuterie board for two or a small gathering. The large one takes on a serious cutting board's everyday prep work and is just as easily loaded up as a charcuterie board for a crowd.

Because each board is built from individually selected pieces of solid wood, the grain, swirl, and color in yours will be unique to that piece — photos show a representative board, not the exact one you'll receive. Keep yours looking its best for generations with our Wood Tonic.
