Where It Starts
Every board starts as hand-selected black walnut, prized for its rich, deep chocolate-brown tones and elegant grain. Each piece is carefully crafted and finished entirely by hand. Built to be passed down, not replaced.
The Details
- Small — 9.5" x 14" x 1.5", approx. 5 lbs
- Large — 15.5" x 20" x 1.5", approx. 11.5 lbs
- Edge-grain construction — all four sides shaped into a flowing scalloped edge
- Finished with Mahoney's Walnut Oil Utility Finish (food-safe oil & wax)
- Metal feet lift the board to a 2" total height, so it dries fully after washing and won't slide while you work
How You'll Use It
Our small board is equally at home as your everyday cutting board — fruits, vegetables, meat, bread, cheese, pastries — and as a charcuterie board for two or a small gathering. The large one takes on a serious cutting board's everyday prep work and is just as easily loaded up as a charcuterie board for a crowd.
